1. Orders start by email
A project only begins after you email coastalcustomsofficial@gmail.com, explain what you need, and both sides agree on scope, price, and timeline.
2. Deposits and payment
Some projects may require a deposit before work starts. Final files can be held until the agreed payment is complete.
3. Revisions
Small revisions are included when they match the agreed brief. Major direction changes, new pages, or extra edits may cost more.
4. Client assets
Customers must own or have permission to use any footage, logos, images, text, music, and references they send.
5. Timelines
Delivery times are estimates unless agreed otherwise. Delays can happen if assets, feedback, or approvals are sent late.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed. Fair solutions will be discussed by email depending on how much work is complete.
